AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Sixty-two
Thousand Dollars ($262,000.00) from the Mississippi River Con-
struction Fund to be used for sewer rehabilitation, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Ferry Street Sewer Rehabilitation (S-
1859, C-873), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty Two Thousand
Dollars ($262,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Construction Fund to be used for sewer rehabilitation,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Ferry Street Sewer
Rehabilitation (S-1859, C-873), in the City of St. Louis.
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 3, 1982.
