Wagner, Inc., for sewer rehabilitation in Ferry Street Sewer Rehabilitation (S-1859, C-873), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for sewer rehabilitation in Ferry Street Sewer Rehabilitation (S-1859, C-873), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of February, 1982, and formally executed on the 2nd day of March, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form: is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 3, 1982.
