AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the construc-
tion of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta-LaSierra -
Charbonier No. 1019) S-1645, C-867, in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said moneys will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Main-
tenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
383 (LaVenta-LaSierra - Charbonier No. 1019) S-1645, C-867, in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1982.
