AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-nine Dollars ($6,849.00) from the Bonfils connection charges
to reimburse the developer for additional costs encountered in the
construction of a force main under McKelvey Road at Old St.
Charles Rock Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri, which was
connected to a manhole of the Bonfils sewer system, MSD Reference
No. P-10306.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-nine Dollars ($6,849.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Bonfils connection charges to reimburse the developer for
additional costs encountered in the construction of a force main
under McKelvey Road at Old St. Charles Rock Road, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, which was connected to a manhole of the Bonfils
sewer system, MSD Reference No. P-10306.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1982.
