AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of inlets and
manholes in the Maintenance Repairs Number Eleven (S-1804, C-869),
in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets and
manholes in Maintenance Repairs Number Eleven (S-1804, C-869), in
the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 12th day of February, 1982, and formally
executed on the 2nd day of March, 1982, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 17, 1982.
