AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Lemay
Treatment Plant Outfall (S-1735, C-856), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Lemay Treatment Plant Outfall (S-1735, C-856), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of
February, 1982, and formally executed on the 2nd day of March,
1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The forgoing Ordinance was adopted March 17, 1982.
