AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for additional
costs of engineering services for the construction of storm sewers
in Garden Lane Storm Sewer, E-312, in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for additional
costs of engineering services for the construction of storm sewers
in Garden Lane Storm Sewer, E-312, in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 17, 1982.
