AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Towne-Country
Engineering & Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
storm sewers in Waldo (S-1587, C-875), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Towne-Country Engineering & Construction
Company, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for the
construction of storm sewers in Waldo (S-1587, C-875), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of
February, 1982, and formally executed on the 9th day of March,
1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1982.
