WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip, and this
District has no further use for such easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement in part of Section 25, Township 44
North, Range 5 East as recorded in Book 7283, Page 2088 of
the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1982.
