AN ORDINANCE, transferring and appropriating One
Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund; One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Account; Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00)
from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Construction Account; Thirty-
seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Meramec River Basin - M.S.D. Southwest; and Thirty-seven Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River Bonfils; to
the Real Property Purchase Fund, to provide for the acquisition of
real property necessary for the operations of the District.
WHEREAS, District operations often require the acquisi-
tion of real property, and
WHEREAS, the funds herein transferred are to be used
for such real property acquisition pursuant to duly adopted
appropriation ordinances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) is hereby transferred and
appropriated from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to the Real
Property Purchase Fund to provide for the acquisition of real
property necessary for the operations of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby transferred and appropriated from
the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Account to the
Real Property Purchase Fund to provide for the acquisition of real
property necessary for the operations of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) is hereby transferred and appropriated from
the Fee Fee Connection Fees Construction Account to the Real
Property Purchase Fund to provide for the acquisition of real
property necessary for the operations of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) is hereby transferred and
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Meramec River Basin - M.S.D. Southwest to the
Real Property Purchase Fund to provide for the acquisition of real
property necessary for the operations of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) is hereby transferred and
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Missouri River - Bonfils to the Real Property
Purchase Fund to provide for the acquisition of real property
necessary for the operations of the District.
Section Six. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1982.
