AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-eight Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($78,800.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres to pay for engineering services for the final
design plans for the construction of storm sewers in the North
Branch (Trenton Creek) of the University City Branch of River des
Peres, in the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($78,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres to pay for engineering
services for the final design plans for the construction of storm
sewers in the North Branch (Trenton Creek) of the University City
Branch of River des Peres, in the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 31, 1982.
