AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-338 with The Clayton Engineering
Company for engineering services for the final design plans for
the construction of storm sewers in the North Branch (Trenton
Creek) of the University City Branch of River des Peres, in the
City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District requires consulting assistance
for the engineering of said plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-338 with The Clayton
Engineering Company for engineering services for the final design
plans for the construction of storm sewers in the North Branch
(Trenton Creek) of the University City Branch of River des Peres,
in the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 31, 1982.
