AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with D. Bennish
Construction Company, Inc. for storm sewer construction in Sub-
district No. 383 (LaVenta-LaSierra - Cedar Park) S-1758, C-865, in
the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to D. Bennish Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in
Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta-LaSierra Cedar Park) S-1758, C-865,
in the City of Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
4th day of March, 1982, and formally executed on the 16th day of
March, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 31, 1982.
