AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($406,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the
purchase of certain parcels of real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri for the construction of a sewage treatment and disposal
plant and system to serve the needs of residents of the Meramec
Basin area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($406,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real
Property Purchase Fund for the purchase of certain parcels of real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of a
sewage treatment and disposal plant and system to serve the needs
of residents of the Meramec Basin area.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 31, 1982.
