BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4147, adopted August 27, 1980, as amended by Ordinance No. 4299, adopted March 11, 1981, is hereby amended by adding the following class title, to wit: Class Code Class Grade Class Title 3571 21 Special Tax and Title Engineer Section Two.
