AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute sewer easement deeds
for the construction of a force main by the City of Arnold,
Missouri, across certain District property in St. Louis County,
Missouri, in U.S. Survey 50, Township 43 N, Range 6 E, for the
conveyance of sewage to the District's Meramec Treatment Plant.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4655, adopted March 3, 1982,
authorized the District to enter into an Intergovernmental Agree-
ment with said City of Arnold, Missouri, whereby the District will
accept and treat sewage generated within the sewer system
boundaries of said City as conveyed to the District's Meramec
Treatment Plant by said City, and
WHEREAS, said City of Arnold, Missouri, requires said
easements for the conveyance of said sewage,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute sewer
easement deeds for the construction of a force main by the City of
Arnold, Missouri, across certain District property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, in U.S. Survey 50, Township 43 N, Range 6 E, for
the conveyance of sewage to the District's Meramec Treatment
Plant.
Section Two. The sewer easement deeds as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 7, 1982.
