AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement across certain real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri, known and numbered as 4424
Kinswood Lane.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip, and this
District has no further use for such easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri, is hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement across part of Lot 4 of Mehler
Estate, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, also known and
numbered as 4424 Kinswood Lane, as recorded in Book 4697,
Pages 194, 195, and 196 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1982.
