AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with June Martin,
Inc. for the construction of combined sewers in Grand & Lucas (S-
1770, C-853A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to June Martin, Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of combined sewers in Grand & Lucas
(S-1770, C-853A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 29th day of March, 1982, and formally executed
on the 13th day of April, 1982, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1982.
