AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company, a Division of McCarthy Brothers
Company, for the construction of storm sewers in Affton Branch of
River des Peres (Phase I) Harlan Avenue (S-1226, C-758), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company, a
Division of McCarthy Brothers Company, as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Affton Branch of
River des Peres (Phase I) Harlan Avenue (S-1226, C-758), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of
March, 1982, and formally executed on the 13th day of April, 1982,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1982.
