AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($30,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in
Pallardy & Patrick Phase II, Contract E-339.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($30,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Pallardy & Patrick Phase II, Contract E-339.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1982.
