AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-339 with Jordan/Avent & Asso-
ciates for engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Pallardy & Patrick Phase II.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3711, adopted February 14, 1979,
authorized the contract for engineering services for the pre-
liminary design of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-339 with
Jordan/Avent & Associates for engineering services for the final
design of stormwater improvements in Pallardy & Patrick Phase II.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 28, 1982.
