AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-five and 35/100 Dollars ($8,625.35) from the General Fund
of the District for St. Louis County, Missouri's one-third (1/3)
share of the total costs of the construction of Bank Stabilization
at Barton Lane, in the City of Ballwin, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated represents the
contribution of St. Louis County of one-third (1/3) of the total
costs of said construction, said amount having been deposited with
the District; the remaining two-thirds (2/3) of said total costs
having been paid by the City of Ballwin, Missouri.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-five and 35/100 Dollars ($8,625.35) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for St. Louis County,
Missouri's one-third (1/3) share of the total costs of the
construction of Bank Stabilization at Barton Lane, in the City of
Ballwin, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 5, 1982.
