AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted
December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted
March 11, 1981, Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981,
and Ordinance No. 4549, as adopted November 4, 1981, by repealing
Section Two and enacting new Section Two in lieu thereof,
establishing those positions that comprise the Unclassified
Service of the District; and further amending said Ordinance No.
4250 by adding Section Thirteen thereto, prescribing the salary of
the Director of Operations.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4250, as
adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as
adopted March 11, 1981, Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1,
1981, and Ordinance No. 4549, as adopted November 4, 1981, is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4250 as
amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The Unclassified Service of the Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District shall be comprised of the posi-
tions of Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and
General Counsel, Director of Administration, Director of Waste-
water, Director of Engineering, Director of Maintenance,
Secretary-Treasurer, Director of Finance, Director of Legal
Services, Director of Personnel, Director of Operations, Director
of Human Resources, and Manager of Public Relations, and these
positions are hereby established, and their salaries shall be set
out in the following sections of this Ordinance."
Section Three. Section Thirteen of Ordinance No. 4250
as amended is hereby added, and shall read as follows:
"Section Thirteen. Effective for the pay period
beginning May 3, 1982, the salary of the Director of Operations
shall be at the rate of $42,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-
weekly installments."
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 5, 1982.
