AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Stimson #10037 (S-1681, C-872), in the Village of Riverview,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Stimson #10037 (S-1681, C-872), in the Village of Riverview,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of April,
1982. and formally executed on the 27th day of April, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1982.
