AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-six Thousand Dollars
($46,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for consulting
services, computer software support, and related expenses for the
administration of the District's Energy Management Program.
WHEREAS, the Urban Consortium has agreed to reimburse
the District for the aforementioned consulting services, computer
software support, and related expenses, and that portion of
District salaries incidental to said program; upon receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the General
Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-six Thousand Dollars
($46,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for consulting services, computer software support, and
related expenses for the administration of the District's Energy
Management Program.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1982.
