AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Forum
West - Phase II, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for such subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easements in Forum West - Phase II, a development in
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book
147, page 42 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 19, 1982.
