AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart One Hun-
dred Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars ($167,000.00) from the General
Fund of the District to meet District obligations incurred during
the fiscal year 1981- 1982.
WHEREAS, sufficient unencumbered funds were appro-
priated for the fiscal year 1981 - 1982, and
WHEREAS, the funds as hereby appropriated also repre-
sent reassignment from certain classifications of expenditure to
others within the General Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-seven
Thousand Dollars ($167,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set
apart from the General Fund of the District to meet District
obligations incurred during the fiscal year 1981 - 1982, to the
following departments as hereinafter detailed: To Object Code Amount Maintenance 0301 $ 50,000.00 " 0402 20,000.00 Executive Director 0131 15,000.00 Legal Services 0446 40,000.00 Finance 0402 23,000.00 " 0301 9,000.00 " 0303 5,000.00 General Counsel 0410 5,000.00 $ 167,000.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 19, 1982.
