AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifty-six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($56,200.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Creek to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Folk Avenue (S-1452, C-847), in the City of Maplewood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Maplewood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of such additional construction costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($56,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to be
used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in
Folk Avenue (S-1452, C-847), in the City of Maplewood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 19, 1982.
