AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($1,600.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund
for the purchase of a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri for the construction of Lower Caulks Creek Pump
Station B.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($1,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund for the purchase of a certain parcel of real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of
Lower Caulks Creek Pump Station B.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 19, 1982.
