AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Towne-Country
Engineering & Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Pinellas - Samoa (S-1736, C-884), in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Towne-Country Engineering & Construction
Company, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Pinellas - Samoa (S-1736, C-
884), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 29th day of April, 1982, and formally executed on the 11th day
of May, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1982
