AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten Equip-
ment Company for storm sewer construction in Lawnview Creek
(Hazelwood Junior High) S-1759, C-878, in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in Lawnview Creek
(Hazelwood Junior High) S-1759, C-878, in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th day of April,
1982, and formally executed on the 11th day of May, 1982, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26,1982.
