AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements and sewers in
City Blocks 1831, 1830, and 594 of the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title to said easements and sewers, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such easements and sewers, and
this District has no further need for such easements and sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described easements and
sewers are hereby vacated, to wit:
All of the existing easements and sewer pipes and
appurtenances upstream from the west line of 16th Street,
lying 140 feet, more or less, south of and parallel to the
south line of Cass Avenue.
All of the existing easements and sewer pipes and
appurtenances upstream from the north line of Cochran Place,
lying 130 feet, more or less, west of and parallel to the
west line of 16th Street.
All of the existing easements and sewer pipes and
appurtenances of an 8-inch private sewer upstream from a 2-
1/2' x 3-1/2' brick sewer, lying 290 feet, more or less, east
of and parallel to the east line of Hogan Street.
All of the easements and sewer pipes and appurtenances
of a 15-inch sewer upstream from a line 430 feet south of and
parallel to the south line of Cass Avenue, lying 465 feet, more or
less, east of and parallel to the east line of Hogan Street.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1982.
