AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement across a portion of
proposed Dougherty Oaks Plat 3-A in the City of Des Peres, St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such easement and this District
has no further use for such easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri, is hereby vacated, to wit:
A portion of the ten (10) foot wide easement as granted to
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc. in Book 6759, Page 1160 of
the St. Louis County Records and further described as
running from the intersection of said easement with the
northwest line of Fairoyal Drive, thence across Lots
301, 302, 303, and 304 to the northwest property line
of Lot 304, all within the proposed Dougherty Oaks Plat
3-A in the City of Des Peres, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1982.
