AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifty and 98/100 Dollars ($17,850.98) from the Real
Property Purchase Fund for certain expenses related to the pur-
chase of South County Sewer Company, Fenton Sewer Company,
Missouri Bottoms Sewer Company, and real property for the Meramec
Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifty and 98/100 Dollars ($17,850.98) is hereby appro-
priated from the Real Property Purchase Fund for certain expenses
related to the purchase of South County Sewer Company, Fenton
Sewer Company, Missouri Bottoms Sewer Company, and real property
for the Meramec Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1982.
