AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-six Dollars ($31,226.00) from the Improvement Fund
to the General Fund of the District; and appropriating Seventy-two
Thousand Dollars ($72,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for the conversion of untrapped inlets to trapped inlets
in Jennings Trapped Inlets Number One (S-1751, C-840A), in the
City of Jennings, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the funds hereinabove transferred to the
General Fund of the District represent money assumed by the Dis-
trict upon the dissolution of the former Melrose Sewer District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Two Hun-
dred Twenty-six Dollars ($31,226.00) is hereby transferred from
the Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Seventy-two Thousand Dollars
($72,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the conversion of untrapped inlets to trapped inlets
in Jennings Trapped Inlets Number One (S-1751, C-840A), in the
City of Jennings, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
