AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the conversion of untrapped inlets to
trapped inlets in Jennings Trapped Inlets Number One (S-1751, C-
840A), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the conversion of untrapped inlets
to trapped inlets in Jennings Trapped Inlets Number One (S-1751,
C-840A), in the City of Jennings, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 3rd day of May, 1982, and formally executed on
the 18th day of May, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
