AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the costs
of printing copies of plans and specifications for the general
contractors, subcontractors, and general consultants for the
construction of the Lemay Treatment Plant, EPA Project No.
C290640; and Caulks Creek Contracts, Phase II, EPA Project No.
C291148.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the costs of printing copies of plans and
specifications for the general contractors, subcontractors, and
general consultants for the construction of the Lemay Treatment
Plant, EPA Project No. C290640; and Caulks Creek Contracts, Phase
II, EPA Project No. C291148.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
