AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($750.00) from the Fee Fee connection charges to pay a recoupment
for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a
Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement with the former Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer, Inc., dated August 9, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($750.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee connection
charges to pay a recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs
advanced by it pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement
with the former Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., dated August 9, 1973.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
