AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Bardot Sanitary Relief (S-1773, C-870), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Bardot Sanitary Relief (S-1773, C-870), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of may, 1982,
and formally executed on the 25th day of May, 1982, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
