AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Five Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($4,580.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to purchase
the materials for a gabion project known as 1454 Andrew Drive, in
the City of Warson Woods, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the property owner, wherein the District will
supply the engineering, labor, and equipment, and the property
owner will supply the necessary materials,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($4,580.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used to purchase the materials for a gabion project
known as 1454 Andrew Drive, in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
