AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($20,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to purchase
the materials for a gabion project known as Creve Coeur Golf
Course Detention Basins (Phase I Construction), in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, wherein the
District will supply the necessary materials, and the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri, will supply the engineering, labor, and
equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($20,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used to purchase the materials for a gabion project known as Creve
Coeur Golf Course Detention Basins (Phase I Construction), in the
City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
