AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($4,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to purchase
the materials for a gabion project known as 1128-1130 Des Peres
Drive, in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, wherein the
District will supply the engineering and necessary materials, and
the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, will supply the labor and
equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($4,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used to purchase the materials for a gabion project known as 1128-
1130 Des Peres Drive, in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
