AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($6,750.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used to purchase the materials for a gabion project
known as Nelson & Roland, in the City of Northwoods, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Northwoods, Missouri, wherein the
District will supply the engineering, labor, and equipment, and
the City of Northwoods, Missouri, will supply the necessary
materials,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($6,750.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used to purchase the
materials for a gabion project known as Nelson & Roland, in the
City of Northwoods, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
