AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Six Hundred
Forty Dollars ($1,640.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used to purchase gabion materials for 1900 Sulphur (MSD
Yard Supply).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Forty
Dollars ($1,640.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used to purchase gabion materials for
1900 Sulphur (MSD Yard Supply).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1982.
