Missouri. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director to Unnerstall Contracting Co., Ltd. as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in #8919 New Hampshire (S-871, C-888), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 17th day of May, 1982, and formally executed on the 1st day of June, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1982.
