AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Towne-Country
Engineering & Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Suffolk Storm Sewer (S-1514, C-887), in the City of
Shrewsbury, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Country Engineering & Construction Co.,
Inc.. as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of
storm sewers in Suffolk Storm Sewer (S-1514, C-887), in the City
of Shrewsbury, Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 17th day of
May, 1982, and formally executed on the 1st day of June, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1982.
