AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
pay for additional engineering services for the construction of
storm sewers in East Argonne Storm Sewers, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
pay for additional engineering services for the construction of
storm sewers in East Argonne Storm Sewers, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1982.
