AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewers in City Blocks 252 and
255 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title to said sewers, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such sewers, and this District has
no further need for such sewers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described sewers are hereby
vacated, to wit:
The existing sewer in the vacated North-South alley in City
Block 252, and the existing sewer in the vacated North-
South alley in City Block 255, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1982.
