AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of an easement across a
portion of Lots A & B of Parkway Gardens, a Subdivision in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portions of said easement and this
District has no further use for such portions of said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted a
suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described portions of an
easement in St. Louis County, Missouri, are hereby vacated, to wit:
Tracts of land, situated in U. S. Survey 923, Township 46
North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, being in
Lots A and B of Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1, a
Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 208, Page 68 of the St. Louis County Records, being
granted to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., their successors or
assigns per plat recorded in Plat Book 166, Pages 64 and 65 of
the St. Louis County Records, said tracts being more par-
ticularly described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Lot B of
Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1 as aforementioned with the
Northern line of Missouri State Highway A340 (Olive Street Road) as
widened by deed recorded in Book 6723, Page 694, of said St. Louis
County Records; thence along said West line North 7 degrees 55
minutes 00 seconds East, 176.58 feet to the line dividing Lots A
and B of said Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1; thence
along the line dividing said Lots A and B, South 82 degrees 09
minutes 30 seconds East, 25.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said
dividing line, North 7 degrees 55 minutes East, 47.91 feet to a
point of curve to the right having a radius of 146.95 feet an arc
distance of 192.66 feet to a point; thence leaving said curve,
North 83 degrees 02 minutes 03 seconds East, 32.81 feet to a point
of curve to the left having a radius of 146.84 feet an arc distance
of 29.00 feet; thence leaving said curve, South 18 degrees 16
minutes 52 seconds East, 35.00 feet to a point; thence South 9
degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds West, 6.35 feet to the point of
beginning of said 10 foot wide strip; thence South 42 degrees 33
minutes 58 seconds East, 6.35 feet to a point; thence South 9
degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds West, 258.81 feet to a point; thence
North 80 degrees 38 minutes 23 seconds West, 10.00 feet to a point;
thence North 9 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds East, 260.63 feet to a
point; thence North 70 degrees 34 minutes 49 seconds East, 5.15
feet to a point; thence South 42 degrees 33 minutes 58 seconds

East, 0.62 feet to the point of beginning.
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Lot B of
Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1 as aforementioned with the
Northern line of Missouri State Highway A340 (Olive Street Road) as
widened by deed recorded in Book 6723, Page 694, of said St. Louis
County Records; thence along said West line North 7 degrees 55
minutes 00 seconds East, 176.58 feet to the line dividing Lots A
and B of said Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1; thence
along the line dividing said Lots A and B, South 82 degrees 09
minutes 30 seconds East, 25.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said
dividing line, North 7 degrees 55 minutes East, 47.91 feet to a
point of curve to the right having a radius of 146.95 feet an arc
distance of 74 feet to a point; thence South 53 degrees 13 minutes
51 seconds East, 29.00 feet to a point; thence South 9 degrees 04
minutes 14 seconds West, 156.78 feet to the point of beginning of
said 10 foot wide strip to be vacated; thence along said centerline
of said 10 foot wide strip, South 9 degrees 04 minutes 14 seconds
West, 47.00 feet to the point of termination of the herein
described centerline.
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Lot B of
Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1 as aforementioned with the
Northern line of Missouri State Highway A340 (Olive Street Road) as
widened by deed recorded in Book 6723, Page 694, of said St. Louis

County Records; thence along said West line North 7 degrees 55
minutes 00 seconds East, 176.58 feet to the line dividing Lots A
and B of said Parkway Gardens a Resubdivision of Lot 1; thence
along the line dividing said Lots A and B, South 82 degrees 09
minutes 30 seconds East, 25.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said
dividing line, North 7 degrees 55 minutes East, 47.91 feet to a
point of curve to the right having a radius of 146.95 feet an arc
distance of 74 feet to a point; thence South 53 degrees 13 minutes
51 seconds East, 34.65 feet to the point of beginning of said
portion; thence North 9 degrees 04 minutes 14 seconds East, 1.53
feet to a point; thence North 46 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds
East, 60.98 feet to a point; thence North 85 degrees 40 minutes 37
seconds East, 54.77 feet to a point; thence South 4 degrees 19
minutes 23 seconds East, 5.00 feet to a point; thence North 85
degrees 40 minutes 37 seconds East, 27.13 feet to a point; thence
South 70 degrees 34 minutes 49 seconds West, 134.20 feet to the
point of beginning.
