AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Vee Jay Cement
Contracting Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Edgar Road Extension (S-1489, C-879), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Vee Jay Cement Contracting Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Edgar Road Extension (S-1489, C-879), in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of
June, 1982, and formally executed on the 15th day of June, 1982,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 7, 1982.
